Professional headshots at your HQ?

You have a website, an office, and a few swanky awards to boot! Now, the time has come to take your online presence to another level, but where do you start? Who do you call? (Okay, okay, I also want to scream ‘Ghostbusters’ here, but that’s not the solution to your pixel needs). For the last 9 years, we have photographed professionals in and around Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire; at our studio and in your offices. Here’s a sneak peek of what you could expect from a full day office session!

We usually kick off the day around 9:30 am, setting up for the structured team headshots and your team photo, provided everyone is available. If not, we can push this to the afternoon. It’s absolutely fine either way since we are usually on-site for the majority of the day, or at least a big chunk of it.

The official, posed headshot session is typically fast. With one of your managers on-site ensuring everyone gets photographed, we wrap up quickly, leaving your new LinkedIn and web photos locked and ready for post-production.

Next on our agenda is the team photo! This can be taken outside your offices or in your conference room, depending on your preference and the weather. We also break this time into teams if you’d like separate images of your departments. Additionally, we capture a couple of shots of the big bosses, directors, and the CEO. Our team understands the cost implications of pulling everyone away from their desk, so we work efficiently to get you back to your duties as soon as possible.

Depending on your specialisation, we aim to capture images of your products, office interiors, and anything that represents your brand. Awards, branding, and the reception area showcase what clients and potential clients can expect upon arrival. We also take photos of your branded cars, if you have any under your umbrella, and any signage.

The selection of images you receive after spending a day with our team will provide plenty of content not only for your social media and LinkedIn profiles but also for various pages on your website.

The majority of the companies we work with have us return every year to update not just the headshots but often some elements of the branding and occasional images of the premises.

In this post, we used images created for Custard Technical Services, an IT company with headquarters in Nottinghamshire. We spent a full day with the team at Custard, and it was an absolute blast.
